Meet Amanda, one of my 2013 senior models at Woodstock North high school. We had a great session shooting on her property in some amazing light. Amanda shows American Saddlebred horses, and while I got to visit the horses on this shoot, we’ll have to wait until Amanda’s second session to include them in the portraits. We had a blast exploring their property and came away with some outstanding senior portraits!

Becky learned about my model program when I was shooting the pre-prom event at Woodstock North High School. I had shown up to meet and greet students and parents, but when the photographer that had been hired to do portraits didn’t show up, the assistant principle approached me to fill in. Thankfully I brought my flash and was able to do it!

Becky’s session was a quick single location session on the Woodstock square (and in a parking lot just off the square) where we made some great portraits with the gorgeous summer light. For such a short session (maybe 40 minutes) we made some beautiful senior portraits for this 2013 Woodstock North grad!

2013 Woodstock Senior Model | Phil Krueger

I met Phil while doing a family portrait session with his family. Phil is a bright guy with a great attitude and personality. He plays football at Woodstock High School, but he’s not your stereotypical pompous jock. He was a pleasure to shoot with and I look forward to his second session in the spring.

We did Phil’s first session near the Woodstock square. It was first session for Phil (models get a second full 2-hour session once they refer another senior) and he did great.
