2009 was an incredible year—photographically and personally. I had the pleasure of working with some of the coolest kids, couples, models and photographers to make beautiful images and memories. It’s so gratifying to help preserve memories and mark significant milestones for the people I shoot for. Thank you all for allowing me to document special moments and glimpses of your lives.

To ring in the new year, here are a few highlights that made 2009 so much fun:

On the personal side, 2009 was a year full of firsts, memorable experiences and incredible blessings. Here are just a few highlights:

1. My little boy was born (coolest thing in all my years, not just 2009)
2. Completed my master’s degree in creative writing
3. Got a motorcycle
4. Took the family to Nashville
5. Took part in a huge stock photo shoot in Nashville where I met and worked with many very talented models and photographers

Thanks to all my clients, models, vendors, friends and family for an outstanding 2009. I’m looking forward to an exciting 2010 filled with more shooting and publishing opportunities!
